Anyways, I had forgotten that Portlanders approved the bond back in June. And there’s rumors of a new link to Nova Scotia (http://www.pressherald.com/news/new-ferry-to-halifax-expected-in-spring_2010-10-07.html). Hardly seems like a Recession.
